In Vietnam, like in other countries, any companies or any organizations want to sell tours, hotels business are subject to follow strict conditions. Article 40, chapter VI of the Tourism Law indicates that any company carrying out activities related to welcoming foreign visitors must hold two documents: The license from the Company Registration Office of the city where the company is headquartered business. The tour operator license issued by the Vietnamese National Tourism Administration (government department responsible for supervising tour operators in the country). The certificate of registration in the commercial register, number 0106933013, with statutory capital of 25,000 USD, issued by the Company Registration Office of the city of Hanoi.
The license of an International Tour Operator, number GP-01-1799/2022 issued by the Vietnamese National Tourism Administration.
These certificates were issued after verification by the government service that the following conditions were met:
A deposit of 20,000 USD deposited in a bank controlled by the National Tourism Administration. This procedure was put in place in order to fully compensate customers found to be victims of non-compliance with commitments (due to poor quality of scheduled services, for example).
Beyond these mandatory procedures, the entire Vietnam Lucky Tour team also makes a moral commitment:

2- To reimburse any service that turns out to be poor that our tourists claimed.
